Description
- The job entails conducting a review of existing referral systems in Sudan, designing a referral information management platform with interoperability features, developing tools, SOPs, and training materials, and conducting trainings for relevant staff.
- The consultant will produce a work plan, referral landscape report, and a trend analysis report, with a project duration of three months ending in March 2026.
- The role reports to the CCS Protection Manager and involves close collaboration with multiple stakeholders including CCS staff, Mercy Corps teams, and partner organizations.
- Key requirements include extensive experience in designing information systems, knowledge of data protection standards, and fluency in English, with Arabic as an asset.
