Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or minimum of 8 years with an advanced degree
  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in engineering, medicine, healthcare, sciences, or business
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • Proven experience in end-to-end transformation projects in healthcare
  • Strong project management, relationship building, and problem-solving skills
  • Expertise in change management and stakeholder engagement
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and influence organizational design and processes
  • Experience working with hospital clinical leaders, staff, and executive management
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategies, analyze data, and deliver results
  • Fluency in English and French (preferred)
  • Some travel required based on client projects
