- The Senior Consultant, Optimization connects with client hospitals to understand and analyze their most pressing operational challenges and deliver high-value services and solutions which optimize quality, productivity, and effectiveness.
- Leads projects across partnerships to deliver sustainable results, integrating the Group's service and solutions offerings.
- Drive and sustain complex transformational change and operational excellence.
- Design and implement growth strategies and help hospitals innovate and optimize operations, delivering sustained performance outcomes.
- Responsibilities include providing healthcare solutions consulting, overseeing projects involving strategy development, organizational restructuring, and management to maximize efficiencies.
- Collaborate with senior management to analyze business operations, recommend improvements, and lead change management initiatives.
- The role also involves training, coaching, mentoring team members, and generating proof of program value.
- The position requires managing projects from design to implementation, using specialized knowledge acquired through advanced education and extensive experience.
- The candidate must have mastery knowledge in their specialty, with strong project management, relationship-building, problem-solving, and change management skills.
- Fluency in English and French is preferred, along with experience in healthcare consulting, knowledge of the Canadian healthcare system, and proven ability to lead strategic initiatives.
- Some travel may be required.

Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or minimum of 8 years with an advanced degree
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in engineering, medicine, healthcare, sciences, or business
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Proven experience in end-to-end transformation projects in healthcare
- Strong project management, relationship building, and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in change management and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and influence organizational design and processes
- Experience working with hospital clinical leaders, staff, and executive management
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategies, analyze data, and deliver results
- Fluency in English and French (preferred)
- Some travel required based on client projects
