Description
  • The Deal Desk & Billing Specialist is responsible for reviewing signed customer contracts, validating deal terms in Salesforce, configuring subscriptions in NetSuite, troubleshooting billing logic, and ensuring accurate invoicing.
  • The role involves investigating billing discrepancies, supporting high-volume recurring billing, and maintaining strong finance controls.
  • The candidate will work closely with sales, finance, and customer success teams, and support the company's scaling efforts in a remote Mexico-based environment.
  • The position requires experience with Salesforce and NetSuite, attention to detail, and strong communication skills in English.
  • Preferred experience includes SaaS or subscription-based businesses, revenue recognition principles, and building reports in Salesforce or NetSuite.

Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Billing, Revenue Operations, or Finance Operations
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and NetSuite
  • Proven ability to review contracts and translate terms into system configuration
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Clear, professional communication skills in English
  • Ability to trace issues end-to-end across multiple systems and identify root causes
