  • Position Description
  • The Sr. Clinical Applications Engineer will function as a subject matter expert and analyst for clinical application functions including Laboratory, Pharmacy, PMS, and other clinical applications that are standard offerings provided to our practices. This will include implementation and support on project plans, addressing goals, deadlines, testing, implementation and post-live support of assigned laboratory, pharmacy and revenue cycle applications, such as Orchard Harvest, Orchard Enterprise Lab, EnterpriseRx, LibertyRx, and other applications.
  • This role will respond to and process all activities for the maintenance and support of lab, pharmacy, and EHR platforms to meet strategic and management objectives. Responsibilities include system performance management, escalation of issues, client engagement for workflow optimization, gap analysis, project planning, and collaboration with vendors and internal teams. The role also involves supporting business process re-engineering, analyzing workflows, and providing strategic input to leadership.
  • Minimum Requirements include 6+ years of experience in healthcare IT solutions, business analysis, and workflow implementation, with specific expertise in pharmacy applications. The candidate should have a collaborative, customer-focused attitude, and the ability to adapt quickly.
  • Physical working conditions are in a traditional office environment with occasional travel (~10%). Only candidates authorized to work in Canada will be considered. The pay range is $89,700 - $149,500 CAD, with additional compensation options. Benefits details are available via the company's link.
