Description
  • Mayne Pharma is seeking a self-motivated sales professional to drive the adoption of key Women’s Health products through effective relationship building with prescribers.
  • A successful candidate will take ownership of implementing and executing targeted sales strategies to achieve sales objectives and impact business growth.
  • Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, engaging prescribers, promoting products confidently, achieving sales objectives, collaborating with district partners, analyzing market trends, developing effective call plans, and maintaining ethical standards.
  • The role requires strong competencies such as integrity, passion, analytical skills, assertiveness, customer focus, persuasiveness, process orientation, self-awareness, accountability, and teamwork.
  • Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree, 1-2 years of sales experience (pharmaceutical sales in Women’s Health preferred), strong presentation skills, a valid driver’s license, and computer proficiency.
  • Physical requirements involve frequent travel, lifting up to 25 lbs., and good communication skills.
