- The Business Development Analyst will support sourcing, evaluation, and onboarding of Portfolio Managers, contribute to strategic initiatives, and work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams including risk, technology, data, and operations.
- Responsibilities include mapping the landscape of strategy verticals, analyzing track records and risk profiles, preparing internal memos, maintaining market intelligence, owning the CRM process, supporting onboarding, and contributing to firm-wide strategic projects.
- The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in asset management, investment banking, or top-tier strategy consulting, with exposure to financial products and data analysis.
