- Maven is seeking a Member Services Specialist to support members in a care program involving GLP-1 medication access, pharmacy coordination, and chronic condition support.
- The role includes high-volume omni-channel support, insurance and pharmacy navigation, and sensitive health communication.
- Responsibilities include assisting members via chat, messaging, and phone, triaging pharmacy calls, verifying insurance, supporting prior authorization workflows, resolving medication fulfillment issues, and offering empathetic support on health topics.
- The role also involves documenting interactions, contributing to SOPs, and ensuring compliance with privacy and regulatory standards.
