- How You'll Make an Impact at MarqVision
- As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will use the latest frameworks such as React and Typescript to design, develop, and optimize high-performance frontend systems. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, backend, and AI teams to build user-centric features that enhance our IP infrastructure software. You will ensure code quality, performance, and responsive design standards are met, and contribute to the overall architecture and scalability of our frontend systems. Mentoring junior developers and fostering an environment of continuous learning and innovation will be key parts of your role.
- What You’ll Achieve
- Lead the development of scalable, high-performance frontend systems using React, Next.js, and Typescript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-focused features.
- Maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and responsive UI.
- Seamlessly integrate frontend components to deliver intuitive user experiences.
- Contribute to the architecture and design of frontend systems as the company grows.
- Mentor and lead junior frontend developers, promoting ongoing learning and innovation.
- Skills You’ll Need to Bring
- Extensive experience with React, Next.js, Typescript, Mono repo, UI frameworks (e.g., Material UI, Semantic UI, Ant Design), and state management libraries (e.g., react-query, jotai/recoil).
- Ability to adapt flexibly to changing project priorities and organizational goals.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in agile environments, leading feature development, and mentoring junior developers.
