- Manychat is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of data experiences and insight dashboards within the Growth unit.
- The role involves owning the full UX for analytics features, designing data-dense UI patterns, and creating interfaces that support users with varying levels of data literacy.
- The designer will translate growth problems into data-informed solutions, partner with product and data science teams, and develop scalable design standards for analytics surfaces.
- The role requires grounding solutions in user jobs and data analysis, defining UX success metrics, and ensuring high design-to-code parity.
- The candidate will operate autonomously, mentor designers, and contribute to team standards.
- The position emphasizes building scalable, resilient dashboards that handle real-world data conditions and improve decision-making.
- Requirements include 5+ years of experience in product design with data-rich products, mastery of information design and data visualization, high data fluency, experience with experiments and iterative improvements, and advanced skills in Figma and prototyping.

- 5+ years of product design experience, with significant work on data-rich products, analytics tools, dashboards, reporting interfaces, or internal data systems.
- A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex data experiences and how your work drove business or user impact.
- Mastery of information design, complex interaction patterns, data visualization principles, and designing for data literacy.
- High data fluency and comfort collaborating with data analysts and data science teams.
- Experience designing experiments, interpreting results, and making iterative improvements to analytics experiences.
- Strong systems thinking with experience contributing to or evolving design systems.
- Advanced skills in Figma, rapid prototyping, and working with realistic data in prototypes.
- Experience mentoring designers or contributing to craft leadership.
