- As our Senior Sales Compensation Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our sales team is recognized and rewarded accurately for their impact. You’ll support the full commissions process - from plan setup to payout - ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a smooth experience for our sellers.
- Reporting to the Sales Compensation Lead, you’ll collaborate across Finance, Revenue Operations, and Sales to streamline processes, enhance reporting, and scale our compensation infrastructure as we grow. If you’re a detail-oriented, analytical problem-solver who loves improving systems and supporting high-performing teams, this is the role for you.
- What you’ll do:
- Prepare, review, and distribute monthly commission statements in our Commissions software CaptivateIQ with precision and transparency.
- Partner closely with the Revenue Operations and Go to Market teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Build and maintain new compensation plans within CaptivateIQ, aligning with company policies and sales goals.
- Monitor data integrity, troubleshoot discrepancies, and implement process improvements.
- Deliver ad-hoc reports & analyses to support Sales Leadership and other stakeholders. Present findings to Sales Leadership.
- Manage inquiries from sales reps with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring clarity and trust in the process.
- About you:
- Bachelor in Finance, Business Technology Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in sales compensation, finance, data analytics, or similar in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in automating complex processes using AI and analytical tools.
- Salesforce proficiency is required.
- Experience with commission automation software preferred; familiarity with CaptivateIQ is a plus.
- Known for accuracy, analytical mindset, and obsession with clean data.
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with Python, SQL, Power BI is an asset.
- Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to contribute to continuous improvement.
