  • About this team: This Account Manager role will focus on supporting Magnite’s Clearline product and will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success across both our DV+ and Streaming platforms.
  • In this role, you will build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure the seamless execution of campaigns, grow a book of business, and drive measurable success for both clients and Magnite.
  • As part of the Enterprise Client Success team, you will collaborate closely with Enterprise Sales to manage a portfolio of accounts to meet team & company goals and achieve strategic objectives.
  • In this role you will: Serve as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of Clearline accounts, fostering strong client relationships by proactively identifying client goals and developing strategies to drive their success in collaboration with internal teams Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations for optimizing their campaigns and providing continuing education to clients on Magnite’s offerings, supply, and products Oversee the end-to-end management of Clearline deals, ensuring timely and accurate execution Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize results Partner with the Media Planning and Tech Ops teams provide additional growth strategies Collaborate with Enterprise Sales to identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities Provide data-driven insights and reporting to clients; highlighting performance metrics and actionable recommendations Collaborate with Enterprise Sales to conduct in-market meetings and lead quarterly business reviews, aligning on client goals and opportunities Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Technical Operations, Product, and Media Planning teams, to ensure a seamless client experience Communicate client feedback and insights to inform product enhancements and feature improvements We’re looking for someone with: 6+ years in digital advertising, including hands-on experience with RTB/programmatic advertising; experience at an agency, DSP, or SSP is a strong plus A strong understanding of online advertising technologies, trends, and dynamics, including campaign planning and buying processes (Ad Servers, SSPs, DSPs, RTB, etc.) A demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously with a keen attention to detail and organizational excellence A proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to clients and teams The ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, client-friendly explanations Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, trend analysis) and experience with tools like Google Suite, Tableau, or other reporting platforms A collaborative team player mindset; capable of working effectively with diverse stakeholders across departments to achieve shared objectives A highly motivated, results-oriented mindset with a commitment to demonstrating accountability, ownership, and urgency for results Ability to balance competing dynamics in a fast-paced and complex environment through effective time management skills, the ability to multitask, strong attention to detail, proactive prioritization, and delivery of high-quality work Intellectual curiosity that leverages insights to uncover opportunities that enhance account performance An eagerness to undertake new challenges that directly impact the business An aptitude for technical troubleshooting and proactive analysis in the ad tech ecosystem Perks and Benefits: Comprehensive Healthcare Coverage from Day One Generous Time Off Holiday Breaks and Quarterly Wellness Days Equity and Employee Stock Purchase Plan Family-Focused Benefits and Parental Leave 401k Retirement Savings Plan with Employer Match Disability and Life Insurance Cell Phone Subsidy Fitness and Wellness Reimbursement Company Culture: We believe collaboration is essential to success.

  • In New York, the base salary range for this position is: $115,000 - $130,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
