  • The role involves delivering strategic HR leadership across people operations, compliance, and workforce initiatives while partnering closely with business leaders.
  • Responsibilities include providing modern, human-centric HR solutions, supporting client engagements, serving as a trusted advisor, applying consulting and project management best practices, tracking billable work, and aligning people strategies with business objectives.
  • Focus areas include leading HR operations and compliance, implementing policies, supporting workforce planning and performance management, and optimizing HR systems.
  • Requirements include experience working directly with clients in consulting, professional services, PEOs, or agencies; strong internal HR expertise; ability to operate independently; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfort with flexible, project-based engagements; HR or platform certifications preferred; and willingness to travel occasionally.
  • The position is remote, contract/fractional, and involves working with clients across various states.
