- Interest in creative media and willingness to learn in a professional environment
- Reliable, able to follow through on assigned tasks
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple details and tasks at once
- Interest in media production and logistics
- Team-oriented with problem-solving skills
- Actively involved in an evangelical Christian church
