Description
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Billing Operations Analyst to join our team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing order, billing and fulfillment queues.
- You will be expected to collaborate with cross-functional partners (Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Accounting) to resolve routine customer issues, validating customer contract details and billing rules to ensure accurate invoicing, compliance and actioning account adjustments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues and discrepancies.
- Provide support to internal and external stakeholders on billing-related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audits, reporting and compliance requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in billing operations or a related field
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools
- ERP/CRM Expertise (Netsuite, Salesforce) highly valued
- Prior experience in the software industry preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of billing processes and procedures
- Understanding of financial reconciliation techniques
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in billing operations
