  • We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, proficiency in Italian (C1-C2) and English (B2 or higher), flexibility, accountability, and basic troubleshooting skills.
  • The role involves supporting players via ticketing, email, or chat, maintaining detailed reports, and providing translations when needed.

Requirements
  • Mastery in C1-C2 level Italian proficiency, with English at B2 level or higher.

  • Proficiency in navigating knowledge bases for efficient support.

  • Availability for full-time work, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
