Description
- Tabs is the leading AI-native revenue platform for modern finance and accounting teams, automating the contract-to-cash lifecycle to help teams eliminate manual work and accelerate cash flow.
- The company is seeking a people manager based in New York to lead the Product Delivery team, which builds custom features and workflows for high-value customers.
- The role involves mentoring early-career engineers, making strategic decisions on customer projects, planning headcount and project assignments, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams.
- The team works closely with implementation and customer success teams to develop bespoke solutions, often utilizing APIs and internal tools, and occasionally working with product and engineering teams to add new API functionalities.
- The work is highly customer-facing and cross-functional, with projects supporting third-party vendors, internal dashboards, and data transformations.
- The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of experience in software development or technology consulting, experience leading diverse teams, and familiarity with enterprise project management, corporate finance, or B2B software.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus, and in-person NYC work is required four days a week.
