We’re hiring a Sales Recruiter to help scale our go-to-market (GTM) organization, with a primary focus on building and hiring high-performing sales teams. This is a hybrid role based in London, working closely with sales leadership and the broader recruiting team.
You’ll own full-cycle recruiting for sales and GTM roles, from top-of-funnel sourcing through offer close, while managing multiple searches in parallel across several offices.
What You’ll Do
Proactively source Account Executives, Sales Managers, and Channel Managers to build and maintain strong hiring pipelines
Own full-cycle recruiting for AE roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and closing
Manage multiple GTM roles simultaneously in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and hiring timelines
Manage and maintain accurate candidate data and workflows within the ATS
Support hiring across multiple locations, including the California Bay Area, London, Utah, Arizona, and New York.
Continuously improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and pipeline health
Requirements
Comfortable operating in a high-paced environment with clear performance expectations
Proven ability to close at least two hires per month consistently
Comfortable carrying and delivering against a quarterly hiring quota
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills
