  • Your primary responsibility will be to assign jobs to engineers and service professionals, both at the beginning and end of each workday.
  • Your tasks include inputting updates onto the Corrigo system, raising purchase orders, creating proposals, attaching documents, addressing customer queries, following up with service professionals, booking subcontractors, inputting job bookings, closing work orders, organizing SharePoint folders, raising remedial actions, and ensuring compliance documents are stored correctly.
  • Requirements include high organization, strong communication, proficiency in Corrigo and Microsoft Office, experience in coordinating jobs, familiarity with procurement, multitasking, problem-solving, and knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
