Description
- The Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Director at JLL serves as the primary contact for all EHS requirements, managing a team of HSSE professionals, and communicating EHS results to leadership.
- Responsibilities include developing and refining EHS culture and training programs, providing technical expertise on regulatory compliance, managing OSHA recordkeeping, supporting investigations of safety events, and collaborating with other EHS managers.
- The role requires travel to various facilities, conducting safety inspections, and possibly lifting safety equipment.
- Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least 8 years managing EHS programs, supervisory skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Preferred qualifications include a master's degree, OSHA instructor certification, and experience in facilities management.
- The position offers a salary range of $132,000 to $165,000 annually, with benefits such as 401(k), medical/dental/vision coverage, paid parental leave, and paid time off.
- The role is remote with locations in Boston, Malvern, and Raleigh.
