The role involves proactive talent identification, market intelligence, and long-term pipeline development across legal, policy, and government affairs hiring markets.
The Sourcer will own end-to-end sourcing strategies, proactively identify and engage passive candidates from law firms, in-house legal teams, government agencies, think tanks, and policy organizations, and build robust pipelines of legal and regulatory professionals.
Responsibilities include developing creative sourcing strategies, conducting market research, tracking compensation benchmarks, and maintaining candidate relationships.
The role also involves collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers, maintaining data hygiene, and participating in team meetings and sourcing initiatives.
Qualifications include 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, success recruiting legal and policy roles, proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Boolean search techniques, and strong communication skills.
