- We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager (Derivative Trading Growth & UX) in Switzerland.
- This role provides a unique opportunity to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of innovative trading products across a global derivatives platform.
- You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring exceptional user experiences for sophisticated traders.
- Collaborating closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer support teams, you will translate customer insights and market trends into actionable product improvements.

Requirements
- 5+ years of product management or product development experience in trading, financial products, or fintech
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sciences, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of derivative trading products and trading platforms
- Ability to translate complex customer needs into clear business objectives and product requirements
- Proven analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with UX principles and delivering high-quality user experiences
- Familiarity with agile product development practices
