Description
- In this role, you will lead the full lifecycle of experiential and influencer-driven events, overseeing strategy, creative development, production, and seamless onsite execution.
- You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to craft culturally relevant, social-first activations that elevate brand presence and engagement.
- You will manage budgets, vendor relationships, event logistics, and operational workflows from concept to completion.
- Your expertise will help drive innovative ideas that align with brand objectives while delivering exceptional attendee experiences.
- This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in events or experiential production, ideally within agencies, experiential marketing, entertainment, or the influencer/creator ecosystem.
- Proven team leadership experience and ability to manage production teams effectively.
- Demonstrated success producing influencer-driven activations, launch events, pop-ups, festivals, or large-scale experiential projects.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social content workflows, and creator needs at live events.
- Expertise in managing budgets, timelines, and multi-vendor production environments.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills, with confidence in presenting ideas.
- Ability to travel for site visits, vendor meetings, and event execution as needed.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, creative environment.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
