Requirements
- 5+ years in data science, machine learning, or AI consulting roles.
- Proven experience deploying ML/LLM models into production environments (APIs, microservices, cloud endpoints, integration workflows).
- Strong Python skills for data analysis, ML pipelines, and LLM integration.
- Proficiency in SQL for managing and analyzing large datasets.
- Experience with LLM frameworks such as OpenAI or Hugging Face.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, exploratory data analysis, and statistical testing.
- Ability to validate and monitor model performance post-deployment, including data drift and model evaluation.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills in multi-stakeholder environments.
- Excellent project management and the ability to handle multiple initiatives independently.
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Nice-to-have: experience in HR or people analytics domains, MLOps best practices, data visualization tools, or product strategy background.
