- This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Mobile Implementation Specialist in the United States. We are seeking a Mobile Implementation Specialist to lead the deployment and adoption of innovative solutions across government and commercial clients. This role combines client engagement, solution design, project implementation, and training to ensure successful delivery and adoption of technology programs. You will travel extensively, serving as the first operational point of contact for clients, guiding them through onboarding, training, and ongoing support. The position requires both independent initiative and collaborative teamwork, ensuring client satisfaction, operational excellence, and measurable program success. It is ideal for a proactive, customer-focused professional who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys making a direct impact on client outcomes.
- Accountabilities:
- Act as the primary operational contact for clients throughout project lifecycles, from solution design to training, implementation, and turnover.
- Understand client workflows, requirements, and risk objectives to deliver tailored solutions and conduct training sessions for diverse audiences.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams, including project managers and client liaisons, to ensure alignment on client goals and business objectives.
- Travel to client sites to kickoff projects, oversee implementation, and ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and standards.
- Build strong client relationships, drive solution adoption, and identify opportunities to expand and enhance programs.
- Maintain the integrity and quality of projects while performing additional duties as assigned to support client success.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in customer service, project design, implementation, or client success.
- Experience with U.S. government or military clients is preferred; familiarity with investigations, defense, or intelligence cycles is a plus.
- Knowledge of project management, solution design, and operational security principles is beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong customer service skills, self-motivation, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively while traveling extensively.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for a U.S. Government security clearance due to contract requirements.
