Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical product or web design, with strong UX and UI capabilities.
- Mastery of UX fundamentals with end-to-end UI execution experience.
- Proficiency in visual design, systems design, and creating scalable design components.
- Advanced Figma skills, including component libraries, styles, and documentation.
- Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to model patterns and scale design decisions effectively.
- Technically adept, with ease collaborating with product and engineering teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective written and verbal communicator.
- Comfortable seeking support, contributing collaboratively, and working cross-functionally.
- Prior experience designing or operationalizing design systems is a strong plus.
- Degree preferred but not required.
- Ability to participate in a two-round interview process, including portfolio walkthroughs, case studies, or website reviews.
- A portfolio showcasing UX, UI, and design systems work is required.
