Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical product or web design, with strong UX and UI capabilities.

  • Proficiency in visual design, systems design, and creating scalable design components.
  • Advanced Figma skills, including component libraries, styles, and documentation.
  • Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to model patterns and scale design decisions effectively.
  • Technically adept, with ease collaborating with product and engineering teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective written and verbal communicator.
  • Comfortable seeking support, contributing collaboratively, and working cross-functionally.
  • Prior experience designing or operationalizing design systems is a strong plus.
  • Degree preferred but not required.
  • Ability to participate in a two-round interview process, including portfolio walkthroughs, case studies, or website reviews.
  • A portfolio showcasing UX, UI, and design systems work is required.
