Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
  • 3+ years of experience in a highly active, matrixed academic program or department (preferred: 5+ years)
  • Experience developing policies and processes and executing administrative functions using complex systems
  • Knowledge of student services, database management, budgeting, and staff supervision
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication and listening skills
  • Customer-service oriented with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with academic cycles and financial/HR databases preferred
