  • The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) will work closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to gain knowledge in all aspects of the business, including technical, clinical, and sales.
  • The role involves training to become a da Vinci® Surgery technical and sales expert across primary surgical specialties, developing robotic surgery programs in the assigned territory.
  • During the first year, the focus is on technical and clinical training, progressing to sales activities in the second year.
  • Responsibilities include providing case support, leading product demonstrations and in-services, supporting sales activities, coordinating regional sales and marketing events, managing administrative tasks, and acting as a Medical Device Consultant after training.
  • The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least 1 year of sales or leadership experience, fluency in English and the local language, and the ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Preferred skills include a sales degree and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
