Description
- The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) will work closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to gain knowledge in all aspects of the business, including technical, clinical, and sales.
- The role involves training to become a da Vinci Surgery technical and sales expert across primary surgical specialties, developing surgical robotics programs in the assigned territory.
- During the first year, the focus is on technical and clinical skills, progressing to sales activities in the second year.
- Responsibilities include providing case support, leading product demonstrations and in-services, contributing to sales goals, supporting regional sales and marketing events, managing administrative tasks, and acting as a Medical Device Consultant after training.
- The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least 1 year of sales or leadership experience, fluency in English and local language, strong work ethic, interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 50%.
- Preferred knowledge includes a sales degree.
