Requirements
  • Completed studies or equivalent training, ideally with a technical background
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development in the aviation/defense sector or relevant experience in a similar position with target clients
  • Existing customer contacts within NATO forces or similar organizations are preferred
  • Knowledge in air traffic control is desirable
  • Fluent in English and at least one other European language
  • Strong team skills, communication skills, and confident demeanor
  • Experience in creating compelling offers and tender documents
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50%
