Description
  • The Senior Director of Professional Services at Intelerad holds a strategic leadership position, overseeing the deployment and support of enterprise medical imaging solutions for clients of all sizes.

  • The position requires a university degree in IT, healthcare administration, or related fields, or equivalent experience, with over 7 years of software deployment, technical consulting, or support experience in healthcare IT or enterprise software environments.
  • At least 3 years of team management experience is necessary, along with expertise in medical imaging workflows, PACS, RIS, or related health IT systems.
  • Strong technical problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience with Intelerad products or cloud-based imaging platforms, clinical or radiology background, knowledge of DICOM, HL7, and interoperability protocols, project management certifications, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

  • Proven expertise in medical imaging workflows, PACS, RIS, or related health IT systems.
  • Strong technical skills with demonstrated ability to configure complex software platforms and independently resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to executive audiences and managing multiple organizational levels.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects with competing priorities, strict deadlines, and multiple stakeholders, focused on client success and business outcomes.
