  • The role involves owning the client journey, guiding clients through credit repair, credit optimization, and funding processes, ensuring accountability, understanding clients' businesses deeply, developing long-term relationships, and becoming a thought leader in finance and credit.

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree - preferably in business administration or finance
  • 2+ years of experience in banking, consulting, private equity, or another role with client-facing responsibility in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with credit, lending, or financing processes preferred - bare minimum is understanding of a P&L.
  • English - native or close to native. No strong foreign accent.

  • On-Target Earnings with variable tied to # Clients Fulfilled and # Referrals: Good Performer: $106,000 (realistic after ramp), High Performer: $163,000 (realistic from the 2nd year onwards), Super Star: $200,000 (realistic for the exceptional)
