  • The Compensation Analyst II supports the development, administration, and analysis of compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent across IGT.
  • This role provides in-depth compensation analysis, market benchmarking, and program support for global and regional compensation initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, data-savvy, and passionate about building equitable, competitive, and effective pay programs.
  • Responsibilities include analyzing compensation data, preparing reports, participating in salary surveys, conducting job evaluations, supporting compensation planning, collaborating with HR and talent teams, maintaining job catalogs, administering systems, and developing reports.
  • The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2-5 years of experience, familiarity with HRIS systems like PayFactors, Radford, SuccessFactors, and knowledge of compensation principles and legislation.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word, strong communication, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects are essential.
