The Client Concierge plays a vital role by greeting clients, managing appointments, providing basic service knowledge, and ensuring a positive experience.
Responsibilities include front desk management, patient intake, answering calls, maintaining a clean environment, assisting with scheduling, and managing POS systems.
The role requires previous customer service experience, flexibility to work weekends, and excellent communication skills.
Experience in a med spa or medical office is preferred.
The position emphasizes providing outstanding service while maintaining confidentiality and integrity, with physical ability to stand, reach, and lift as needed.

Previous customer service experience (1 year)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate with proper etiquette

Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic personality
Must maintain patient/client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Must maintain a high level of integrity with a strong ethical foundation
Sound judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills
Must be able to sit or stand for long periods
Must be able to reach above shoulder height, crawl, kneel, and push/pull up to 50 lbs
Working knowledge of Microsoft applications
Bilingual preference given
