Inside Sales Representative

Description
- Join Hitachi Energy as an Inside Sales Representative and play a key role in supporting projects that keep power flowing to homes, businesses, and critical infrastructure.
- In this role, you’ll work closely with account managers and customers to manage orders, track delivery timelines, and ensure accurate documentation for proposals and contracts.
- You’ll coordinate input from multiple product groups to develop bids, resolve inquiries, and maintain clear communication throughout the order lifecycle.
- Your ability to manage priorities across varied projects will help ensure timely responses and equitable solutions for customers.
- By supporting the execution of inside sales programs, you’ll contribute to the reliability and efficiency of power transmission and distribution systems—helping advance a sustainable energy future.
- This role will be based in the Mt.
- Pleasant/Greensburg, PA area.

Requirements
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of customer support experience in Industrial, EPC, Utility, or related fields (5 years preferred).
- General knowledge of power transmission and distribution products/systems; power generation experience preferred.
- Previous experience with business-to-business customer support.
- Familiarity with CRMs and web portals; knowledge of SAP and Salesforce preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
