  • We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can run targeted outbound campaigns, build qualified pipeline, and open conversations for a complex B2B services environment. This role is for someone who is confident on the phone, sharp in written communication, and skilled at guiding prospects from initial outreach to warm opportunity.
  • You’ll manage multichannel outreach, strategic follow-ups, and CRM-driven reporting while operating in a fast-paced, metrics-focused sales environment. If you enjoy connecting with people, uncovering needs, and driving momentum, this role is a strong fit.

Requirements
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B lead generation, outbound sales, or business development
  • Proven track record generating and qualifying leads for consultative or complex services
  • Strong communicator with excellent English skills across email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Skilled in LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and CRM-based pipeline management
  • Highly organized, detail-driven, and motivated by performance metrics
  • Comfortable in fast-moving environments where experimentation and iteration are expected
