Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in influencer and partnership marketing with a focus on data-driven management and acquisition.
- Strong sense of structure, ownership, and sales drive, with willingness to take responsibility and push initiatives forward.
- Experience working in a scaling D2C brand or performance-oriented influencer environment, especially on Instagram, with additional channels like YouTube, TikTok, or podcasts as a plus.
- Knowledge of KPIs such as ROAS, CPM, CAC, and CTR for campaign management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to start, maintain, and develop creator partnerships.
- Strategic thinking, pattern recognition, hypothesis development, and operational execution skills.
