Description
- Handshake is recruiting Instructional Coordinator Professionals to contribute to an hourly, temporary AI research project—leveraging your professional experience to evaluate AI outputs, assess content, and provide structured feedback.
- The position is remote and asynchronous, with flexible hours averaging 5–20 hours per week.
- Responsibilities include developing prompts, evaluating responses, and contributing to AI model training across different expertise areas.
- Candidates should have at least 4 years of relevant professional experience, with responsibilities such as evaluating performance, advising on curriculum development, updating educational content, analyzing performance data, and designing instructional materials.
- The role offers an opportunity to learn new skills, participate in AI research, and work independently from anywhere.
