- Qualifications include 3+ years in healthcare analytics or related fields, strong understanding of value-based care, proficiency in Excel, deep SQL expertise, knowledge of additional programming languages (Python, R), and experience working remotely.
- Preferred experience includes analyzing employer health plan performance, familiarity with actuarial concepts, and data visualization tools like Arcadia Analytics or AWS Quicksight.
- The role offers a salary range of $125,000 to $135,000 annually, with no sponsorship available.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, medical economics, or health plan performance analysis
- Strong understanding of value-based care concepts, including utilization management, quality improvement, and risk adjustment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Deep SQL expertise, including experience with PostgreSQL and AWS Redshift
- Ability to design, optimize, and validate complex queries across large datasets
- Proficiency in one additional programming language (Python, R, etc.) for data visualization and statistical analysis
- Exceptional ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfort working in a fully remote environment while maintaining strong relationships across teams
- Willingness to travel up to 10% for collaboration and presentations
