  • The Senior Director of Product & Ecommerce will shape the future of the company's digital shopping experience, owning the digital product and ecommerce ecosystem, leading feature and content strategy, and driving conversion and retention programs.
  • The role requires managing a team of product management, UX design, site merchandising, and CRO functions, defining the ecommerce product roadmap, and working closely with engineering, marketing, and analytics teams.
  • The candidate should have 10-12 years of experience in ecommerce performance, especially within consumer brands or DTC environments, with a proven track record managing Shopify-based businesses.
  • Deep understanding of the ecommerce funnel, conversion optimization, onsite merchandising, and digital content strategy is essential.
