Description
  • As GradGuard's School Onboarding Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful onboarding and seamless integration of our products at partner schools. Your primary focus will be on driving value, facilitating widespread adoption, and helping schools align our solutions with their existing processes. You will lead the end-to-end implementation process, managing project timelines, coordinating resources, and providing tailored training and support to ensure a smooth transition. Your ability to track and analyze project milestones, manage risks, and communicate effectively will be key to driving success.
  • Responsibilities include managing new school implementations and integrations, acting as a project manager guiding schools through onboarding, tracking key onboarding aspects using Salesforce, establishing trusted advisor relationships, diagnosing and resolving issues, delivering training and end-user support, and collaborating with sales, school success, and development teams.
  • Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Education, or related field, 1-3 years of experience in implementation or project management, excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple schools, strong communication skills, and a passion for customer success.
  • This position is based in Phoenix, AZ.

  • Highly motivated to achieve goals, improve efficiency, increase productivity, and enhance school service.
  • Quick to assess a school's setup and tailor training accordingly.
  • Experience defining business and systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to motivate and lead others, including those without a direct reporting relationship.
  • Enthusiastic, professional, and dedicated to school success.
  • Excellent listening skills to fully understand school requirements and pain points.
  • Passionate about complex challenges and committed to top-notch service.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with proven experience delivering impactful presentations.
