- This role ensures the retail team performs at a high level, balancing commercial rigor with brand integrity, customer connection, and thoughtful execution.
- Responsibilities include owning overall retail performance, standardizing customer experience, leading and developing retail teams, overseeing retail systems and reporting, partnering with finance and planning, driving system standardization, working cross-functionally on business strategies, and setting retail expansion goals.
- Qualifications include 12+ years of retail leadership experience, proven sales and profitability success, strategic and operational skills, team development success, and strong communication.
- The role offers a salary range of $185,000 - $215,000 plus equity, with benefits including health benefits, fertility benefits, paid parental leave, and perks like summer breaks, discounts, and access to lifestyle resources.

Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive retail leadership experience within fashion or lifestyle brands; luxury experience a plus.
- Proven ability to drive strong sales performance and sustained profitability across a multi-store business.
- Hands-on, strategic leadership skills enabling seamless movement between big-picture priorities and day-to-day execution.
- Highly analytical with strong judgment, using data and insight to inform decisions and optimize performance.
- Demonstrated success developing leaders and building high-performing, accountable teams.
- Strong relationship-building skills with clear communication and a collaborative leadership style.
