- The Salesforce Administrator at GoCardless will play a vital role in supporting the company's sales and revenue operations by managing Salesforce systems, automating business processes, and providing user support.
- The role includes translating business needs into effective Salesforce solutions, maintaining system health, and enabling user adoption through training and communication.
- The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, RevOps, Legal, and Finance, and will be responsible for system audits, security, permissions, and data integrity.
- The position requires practical experience with Salesforce, deep Sales Cloud knowledge, and a current Salesforce Administrator certification.
- The role offers opportunities to work on integrations with other applications, support a fintech SaaS environment, and contribute to a vibrant, inclusive culture.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (or similar role) with deep Sales Cloud knowledge
- Practical experience building and updating simple solutions in Salesforce, including core elements like custom fields, objects, and flows
- A current Salesforce Administrator certification (or demonstrable equivalent knowledge)
- Strong communication skills and a partnership mindset to support and enable commercial teams
- Experience with system health management, audits, and configuration maintenance
- Ability to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
- Experience with user training and adoption strategies
- Knowledge of Salesforce releases and best practices
- Experience in a SaaS or fintech environment is beneficial but not essential
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations with other applications
- Direct Deal Desk experience is a plus
- Familiarity with CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or Experience Cloud is a plus
