Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (or similar role) with deep Sales Cloud knowledge
  • Practical experience building and updating simple solutions in Salesforce, including core elements like custom fields, objects, and flows
  • A current Salesforce Administrator certification (or demonstrable equivalent knowledge)
  • Strong communication skills and a partnership mindset to support and enable commercial teams
  • Experience with system health management, audits, and configuration maintenance
  • Ability to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
  • Experience with user training and adoption strategies
  • Knowledge of Salesforce releases and best practices
  • Experience in a SaaS or fintech environment is beneficial but not essential
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations with other applications
  • Direct Deal Desk experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or Experience Cloud is a plus
