Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering results and leading high-impact teams
- At least 5 years experience in full-stack software development in web technologies and architecting scalable systems
- At least 1 year of leadership experience, including people management
- In-depth experience with Typescript, React, and GraphQL
- Experience with modern frontend libraries and frameworks (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Jest)
- Experience with modern full-stack frameworks (e.g., Django, Ruby on Rails)
- Experience scaling a Ruby on Rails backend architecture is a plus
- Experience in AWS is a plus
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals (data structures, system design, cloud computing, full-stack development)
- Passion for building a positive and fun engineering culture
