  • The Project Management Associate II supports contracting, procurement, and project tracking activities, collaborates with research and business partners, manages routine project documentation, assists with budgeting and resource planning, and participates in departmental meetings.
  • The role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience in biopharmaceutical industry and familiarity with procurement systems are preferred.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of relevant experience and a BA or BS or 2+ years of relevant experience and a MS or MBA
  • Relevant experience in a scientific field or in R&D project teams and/or cross-functional project management activities
  • Attention to detail, organized and thorough
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
  • Clear and effective communication
  • Highly analytical and resourceful problem-solver
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Experience communicating with external vendors
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
  • Procurement systems experience is highly desired
  • Technical competence with technology and processes
  • Previous experience in biopharmaceutical industry is a plus
