  • For a global Beverage and Food Ingredients Producer we are looking for an Account Manager Beverage and Food Ingredients in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary area.
  • The role involves managing client relationships, developing new business, and executing sales strategies within the food and beverage sector.
  • The position is home office based in Czech Republic, Slovakia, or Hungary, with a focus on beverage but also potential responsibility for food products like dairy, snacks, cereals, confectionery, and ice cream.
  • The candidate should have strong sales experience, food and beverage application knowledge, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, expanding business, prospecting new clients, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or similar role within the food ingredients, food manufacturing, or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of the food ingredients market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of food regulations, industry standards, and food product development processes.
  • Results-driven and proactive approach with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and visit manufacturing sites.
