Description
- We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Partnerships Operations Coordinator to support and streamline Vocal’s business development. This person will own key operational systems like Notion, Airtable, and Quickbase, ensuring clients are efficiently tracked through our pipeline, collaboration spaces are properly set up, and internal and external stakeholders have what they need to drive results. This role is ideal for someone who loves systems, thrives on structure, and can manage multiple moving pieces in a client-facing environment.
- Responsibilities include maintaining and optimizing CRM, Notion, Airtable, and Quickbase systems; creating and managing workflows; collaborating with cross-functional teams; preparing materials for meetings; supporting business development with proposals and pitch materials; tracking meeting notes and follow-ups; and staying informed on trends in the creator economy and social media.
