Description
- Gametime United is seeking a hands-on Vice President of Legal to manage a wide range of legal, regulatory, and compliance matters.
- The role involves supporting the marketplace, commercial partnerships, product, marketing, and operations with practical, business-oriented legal advice in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsibilities include providing guidance on regulatory compliance, reviewing user flows and marketing materials, advising on data privacy, managing intellectual property, advising on corporate governance, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, partnering with HR on employment matters, managing risk and litigation, and building internal legal workflows.
- The ideal candidate has a law degree, active license, 10+ years of experience in technology, e-commerce, or marketplace companies, and proven ability to work independently and manage legal strategy from start to finish.
