- The Senior Construction Project Manager will lead the delivery of multiple data center phases, managing daily on-site activities, coordinating contractors and vendors, supporting commissioning and turnover, enforcing safety standards, monitoring schedules, ensuring quality, resolving site issues, supporting procurement, controlling costs, and maintaining stakeholder communication.
- The role involves implementing lean and prefab strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and working closely with internal teams to deliver complex infrastructure projects that support the future of digital innovation.
- The position requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, a commitment to safety and quality, and a passion for building world-class infrastructure.
🎯
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience leading large-scale infrastructure or mission-critical projects (data center, industrial, or utility-scale).
- Deep understanding of construction delivery models, risk management, and vendor oversight.
- Technical fluency across MEP, civil, and structural systems.
- Proven success managing OFCI equipment and coordinating commissioning efforts.
- Familiarity with tools such as Procore, Primavera P6, BIM 360, Bluebeam, MS Project, and SharePoint.
- PMP, LEED, or related certifications preferred.
- 50% travel to site locations.
