Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack software engineering.
- Strong experience with Python and backend service development.
- Hands-on expertise with real-time systems (LiveKit, WebRTC, or similar streaming tech).
- Experience with low-latency, AI-integrated environments.
- Proficiency in scaling services in distributed, production-grade environments.
- Solid background with AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda) and Kubernetes.
- Skilled in performance optimization, debugging, and observability tools.
- Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD tools.
- Experience deploying AI models in production or supporting AI/ML engineers.
- Knowledge of LangChain, LangFuse, Ray, or LLMOps frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1 preferred, strong B2 may be considered).
