Description
  • As the Lead Marketing Analyst, you will report to the VP, Demand and support building reporting frameworks, pipeline modeling, forecasting, and conduct strategic analysis that enables the marketing team to meet objectives.
  • You will be responsible for comprehensive data analysis, including the use of AI and machine learning models, developing visualizations and dashboards, and communicating insights to stakeholders.
  • The role involves tracking campaign ROI, constructing detailed reports, troubleshooting operational gaps, and partnering with Finance and BI teams on planning processes.
  • The position requires expertise in business intelligence tools (preferably Looker), web analytics, and marketing tools, along with extensive experience in marketing analytics, data manipulation, and SQL.
  • You will build regression, time series, forecasting, and attribution models, and grow in the B2B SaaS marketing space.
  • In 6 months, you will create and maintain marketing dashboards and analyze campaigns for optimization.
  • In 12 months, you will establish forecasting capabilities and lead analytics tool integration.
  • The position offers a salary of $120,000 - $150,000 USD, with a discretionary bonus up to 15%.
  • The role is hybrid, based in Atlanta, GA, USA, with a focus on data-driven marketing strategies and collaboration across teams.

Requirements
  • Expert knowledge with business intelligence tools (Looker strongly preferred) and web analytics and marketing tools (e.g., Fullstory, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Marketo)
  • Extensive marketing analytics and data manipulation experience along with a high proficiency in SQL
  • Ample experience building regressions, time series, forecasting, and attribution models from scratch
  • Deep understanding and desire to continue growing in the evolving B2B SaaS marketing space
